Minimum Age Requirements

Our store policy requires every customer to be at least 19 years old, even where a lower provincial minimum may apply. If the law where you live requires a higher age, that higher requirement applies.

Our Commitment

We are committed to preventing minors from purchasing vaporizer products. By placing an order, you confirm that:

• You are of legal age to purchase vaporizer products in your province or territory
• You will not purchase on behalf of a minor
• The products are for your personal use or as a legal gift to another adult

Age Verification at Delivery

We reserve the right to require age verification at the point of delivery. Our shipping carriers may request government-issued ID to confirm the recipient is of legal age. Orders that fail age verification at delivery will be returned and refunded minus any shipping costs.

Right to Refuse Service

Yocan Online Canada reserves the right to cancel any order where we have reason to believe the purchaser may be a minor or is purchasing on behalf of a minor. Fraudulent age declarations may result in a permanent ban from our store.

Responsible Use

Yocan devices are vaporizer hardware sold to adults for legal use. We encourage responsible use and strongly oppose any use by minors. If you are struggling with nicotine or substance dependence, resources are available through Health Canada.
