A nectar collector (also called a honey straw or dab straw) flips the usual process: instead of loading concentrate into a chamber, you heat the tip and touch it directly to the concentrate in its container while drawing. Nothing to load, almost nothing to clean, and you vaporize exactly as much as you use.

Electric models like Yocan's Arc, Dyno, and Loki heat the tip at the press of a button — no torch — and hold consistent temperatures. Tip material matters the same way coils do: quartz for cleaner character, titanium for durability and fast heat. Most models include multiple temperature settings; start low and work up.

Nectar collectors are the most efficient way to sample concentrates and the easiest to share, since each person draws only what they consume. They pair perfectly with concentrate jars and travel well — just let the tip cool before capping.
