Once Yocan Online has handed your package over to our shipping carriers, it is the carrier’s responsibility. The package is out of our direct control after handoff and we do not guarantee transit times. Delays caused by the carrier are beyond our control.
Please carefully verify your shipping address before completing your purchase. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or a refused delivery, we will issue a refund once the package arrives back at our warehouse. We are not responsible for packages lost due to address errors.
All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging with no reference to Yocan, vaporizers, or cannabis on the outside of the package.
