How to Start a Return

To initiate a return or report an issue, email us at support@yocanonline.ca or call +1 888-387-7441 with the following:

1. Your invoice number
2. Reason for the return or issue
3. Photo or video evidence of the problem

We will review your request and get back to you with a decision within 2–3 business days.

How We Resolve Issues

Every return or defect claim is assessed individually:

• Manufacturing defects — resolved promptly with a replacement or refund
• User error — may be eligible for store credit toward a future purchase
• Broken, missing, or incorrect items — we request photographic documentation to verify the issue and determine responsibility, then replace items accordingly

Yocan reserves the right to conduct a secondary investigation for unusual return requests before finalizing a decision.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your device arrives damaged or is defective out of the box, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or video of the damage. Documentation is required for all defect claims.
