Warranty Policy

Authentic Yocan devices purchased through Yocan Online Canada are covered by a 3-month manufacturer warranty from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects verified by Yocan Technology Co., Ltd.
Coverage period
The warranty period is 3 months (90 days) from the date of original purchase. Claims submitted outside this window are not accepted under the manufacturer warranty program.
What is covered
The warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. If your device arrives defective, fails to power on, or develops a fault under normal use within the warranty period, you may be eligible for a free replacement.
Covered product categories: battery devices, wax vaporizers, dry herb vaporizers, and e-rigs. Each device must have a verifiable Yocan authenticity code to qualify.
What is not covered
- Consumables and accessories: Atomizers, coils, cartridges, pods, and replacement parts are consumable goods and are not covered under warranty.
- Physical damage: Drops, cracks, water damage, or damage from improper use or maintenance.
- User-opened devices: Attempting to open or modify a device voids the warranty immediately.
- Counterfeit products: Devices that cannot be verified as authentic Yocan products via the authenticity code are not eligible.
- Normal wear: Expected degradation of battery life, coil performance, or surface finish over time is not covered.
How to submit a claim
Contact us within the 90-day warranty window. You will need to provide:
- Your order number from yocanonline.ca
- Proof of purchase date (your order confirmation email)
- Photos or video of the authenticity code on the device
- Photos or video clearly showing the defect or malfunction
Send your claim with all documentation to support@yocanonline.ca or use our contact form. We review claims within 2–3 business days and coordinate directly with Yocan’s warranty team on your behalf.
Replacement process
Verified warranty claims result in a free replacement unit. We do not charge for shipping on approved warranty replacements within Canada. The replacement is covered by the remaining term of the original warranty or a new 30-day warranty period, whichever is longer.
Important notes
- Warranty claims must be initiated with Yocan Online Canada as the point of purchase — not directly with Yocan Technology’s international team. We handle the process on your behalf.
- Do not ship your device anywhere without first contacting us. Unauthorized returns are not accepted.
- The warranty is non-transferable and applies to the original purchaser only.
